• Sod Installation allows for instant gratification and is relatively weed-free. However, the initial investment is more costly in comparison to seeding and the varieties may be more limited. 
  
  

Sod Guarantee

For sod that has been furnished and installed by Forrest's Landscaping & Lawn Care, we offer a full one-year guarantee on sod installed where there is a proper, in-ground irrigation system that ensures full coverage.  A limited*, six-month guarantee is offered on sod installed where there isn't an irrigation system.
